Patissier Philip Whittaker's philosophy is to provide you with the highest standards at all stages in the preparation of your wedding cake.

"I believe that the taste of your wedding cake is equally as important as the way it looks. I will supply any size any shape, any colour and any number of tiers, e.g. one, two, three, four, five whatever to suit your personal requirements" says Patissier Philip Whittaker.

Each of my cakes are made using the finest quality organic ingredients wherever possible.

We offer tasting samples of all our cakes. I will work with you (Bride and Groom) on a one to one individual basis to provide you with the wedding cake of your dreams for your very special day.

This Portion is of a Death by Chocolate sponge cake which is iced with Belgian chocolate icing. The centre filling is made up of fresh chopped raspberries, mixed with Belgian chocolate ganache and flavoured with Malibu. This chocolate sponge cake is extremely moist and rich. It is decorated with alternate white and milk chocolate curls.
The centre filling and the type of chocolate curls, is entirely your choice.

This portion of rich fruit cake has been made to a traditional recipe. The art of making a moist and rich fruit cake is in the preparation of the fruit, prior to baking.

The portion shown is marzipanned and then covered in white deliciously tasting fondant icing. It is decorated with fresh chopped strawberries and physalis fruit.

The above portion is plain vanilla sponge cake with a Belgian chocolate ganache centre filling. The cake is iced in deliciously tasting white fondant icing and topped with a hand made Belgian chocolate rose. It is decorated with fresh strawberries and physalis fruit.

The fondant icing can be produced in a large variety of colours to suit the colour theme of your wedding. The centre filling can be flavoured to you exact requirements e.g. Belgian chocolate ganache, vanilla butter cream, chocolate truffle, coffee butter cream etc.
The hand made Belgian chocolate roses can be supplied in white, milk or dark chocolate, in a range of sizes and your request.
